How do you ship products?
Our processing time for ready to ship items is 1-3 working days. We use Royal Mail 1st class within the UK. I do record proof of postage however do not offer tracking or estimate a delivery date unless the signed for option is chosen. I am however more than happy to answer any queries on shipping, just pop me a message on Instagram, or use the contact sheet.
How long will my custom order take to make?
Custom orders vary in the time they take to make. All the details for the specific item will be in the product description or you can always contact me to discuss.
Do you offer returns?
We gladly offer returns - please contact me within 7 days of delivery. If your item is faulty, please send a clear image of the damage and we will help you accordingly.
We do not offer returns on custom products, personalised items, or digital downloads.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the UK postage system is a lot busier than normal. Please allow a few extra days for your delivery to arrive. If you have any concerns at all please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss.
